Harmony at Equinox: a Sound + Reiki Experience
This September, two powerful cosmic shifts arrive together—the Fall Equinox and the New Moon—offering us a meaningful opportunity to pause, reset, and realign.
This 60-minute sound bath and Reiki immersion, we’ll honor the energy of the equinox with soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls. Reiki energy will be offered throughout to invite the sense of balance. Together, sound and energy create a space for reflection, release, and welcoming the season ahead with clarity and harmony.
No prior experience is needed—simply arrive with an open heart, ready to receive the gifts of balance and renewal this equinox brings.

Beginner’s Yoga: The Fall Season
Join Nicole this fall season for a 6-week series to learn your practice in this alignment-focused series. We will build strength and balance, and learn places to use blocks, blankets and straps. Over six weeks, this series progresses through common peak poses and breathing techniques designed to build confidence and bring awareness to postures like:

Books and Tea: a Monthly Co-Hort
Our book club is a welcoming space for curious minds and open hearts to come together, explore meaningful texts and connect through conversation. Each month we focus on a selected book that weaves together themes of yoga philosophy, mindfulness, well-being or personal growth.
The evening offers reflection on how it’s teachings intersect with our own experiences both on and off the mat. This is not a lecture, but a dialogue, whether you have read the entire book or a single chapter.

Introduction to BUTI Yoga: a 90-Minute Workshop
Join us for a new and special 90-minute workshop designed to introduce you to the foundations of Buti Yoga!
The first 45 minutes will break down key Buti poses, terminology, and movements, and the second 45 minutes will bring it all together in a guided Buti flow.
Buti is more than just a workout — it is a transformational yoga practice that blends spiral structure technique®, primal movement, dynamic asana, cardio bursts, and intentional vibration (referred to in the practice as ‘shake’).
This unique style helps students release stored trauma, tone the body, and connect deeply with their inner power. Each class is designed to integrate the physical, emotional, and energetic self — awakening our innate sense of belonging and empowerment, while cultivating inner peace and joy within.
